Germany:  Steps to dictatorship

The modern inquisition did not come because of Corona. Conversely, many exaggerated, unlawful and discriminatory measures are the result of a creeping development that started at the end of the last century - today this is galloping.

We urgently need a new age of enlightenment.

I am a Swiss woman, but I have many German friends and live in Switzerland and Berlin. When I moved into the Berlin apartment in 2009, I did not expect to witness Germany's development into a dictatorship.

According to the Basic Law, there can be constitutional protection. But the fact that this is not democratically elected by parliaments or the people, but rather appointed by the federal and state governments - not least to defame the opposition - is to be viewed as contrary to the constitution. This opens the door to arbitrariness.

The latest report from the Office for the Protection of the Constitution.

One of the most important opposition media in #Germany is being censored of Federal Interior Minister Nancy Faeser (SPD).

Björn Höcke was convicted for the second time because he used the slogan "Everything for Germany", the second time only in hints. A clear political process to harm an opposition member. The court claims it is a National Socialist slogan.

King Ludwig I of Bavaria wrote in a proclamation on March 6, 1848: “Bavaria's king is proud to be a German man. … Everything for My people! Everything for Germany!” The king would definitely not have liked the National Socialists.

The Aachen public prosecutor's office is thwarting punishment in office (§ 258a STGB) by stopping the investigation into the request for the intentional killing of AfD members.

The Afd demands democracy with referendums based on the Swiss model. This is the first point in the party program. The ruling German politicians don't like that.

The German Bundestag is restricting freedom of expression for civil servants. Removal from the civil service position is possible if the civil servant violates his duty to commit to the “free democratic basic order” through his entire behavior and to advocate for its preservation. A reduction in wages and pensions is possible in the event of a moderately serious official offense. This law is not only directed against the AfD, but not least against the former head of the Federal Office for the Protection of the Constitution, Hans-Georg Maaßen, who founded the Union of Values, and against other members of the opposition.

Answer to the small request from Gottfried Curio, who requested a comparison of the crimes against the individual parties between 2019 and 2023, see also the PDF file above.

You can guess three times which one was affected most often - the AfD, of course!

In Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, a 16-year-old girl is suddenly taken out of class by three police officers in front of her classmates. The offense: She says on TikTok that Germany is her home and not just a place on the map. The student was denounced by her own school principal.

January 2024

Federal Chancellor Olaf Scholz is avoiding the real protests of farmers and suppliers. On the other hand, he speaks at demonstrations that are staged by the state, as was the case in the GDR, against the opposition.

The media then reports widely on the 300,000 people who take part in these demonstrations and who claim on TwitterX: #wearemore.

No way, the three German government parties are only supported by a maximum of a third of voters. This is shown by the Sunday question from January 20, 2024.

Minister Faeser pledged that "the full power of our security authorities" would be brought to bear to protect people who are affected by this right-wing ideology.

Clear that anyone who speaks out against this government is considered a right-wing extremist, even the left-wing Sahra Wagenknecht is no longer safe from such accusations.

In her speech to the Bundestag, Interior Minister Faeser spoke pointedly, also invoking our historic responsibility and the 75th anniversary of Germany’s democracy and liberal constitution. Minister Faeser said: "Right-wing extremism is the greatest threat to our democracy". She said it was deeply disconcerting to think that MPs in Germany were acting as the parliamentary arm of right-wing extremism. She went on to state that "those who fantasise about “reconquista” and “remigration” are drawing on the ideas that paved the way to the inhuman National Socialist race laws, the Wannsee Conference and the Shoah. No one who attends such a meeting can feign ignorance. Their stated role models are those who paved the way for Nazi ideology."

Faeser threatened:

We will disrupt right-wing extremist networks.

We will disarm the right-wing extremist scene.

We will remove enemies of the constitution from the public service.

We will crack down on their propaganda online and take preventive action against the spread of conspiracy myths of all kinds.

We will educate and inform the public in order to strengthen our democracy.

We will protect those who serve our community as holders of public offices and mandates.

She acted that way against Compact.
